ATTENTION TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF 12th GRADERS‼️ Logan County Schools would like to inform you that beginning the 2025-2026 school year 12th graders will have new school immunization requirements and will be required to show proof of these immunizations prior to school entry. These include Tdap and meningococcal vaccines, which will protect them against vaccine-preventable diseases such as bacterial meningitis and pertussis. Please make sure your 12th graders have received and provided documentation of these immunizations prior to the start of the school year. If your child has not received the immunizations before the first day of school they WILL BE DENIED ENTRY!! You may visit your primary care provider, the Logan County Health Department (if you do not have a primary care physician or they do not carry the vaccine), or School Based Health Centers.
